Much of the set for this TV special was created in urethane foam. Littleburg was to be a village inhabited by preschool children and puppets and was designed to be playful and fun. Many different comical props were created from a large variety of substrate materials. Most were sprayed with foam, carved and sprayed with RIMspray, before scenic painters finished each object.
